Kanzi.exe ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome extensions and website handle your information.

Extensions Covered

• Mouse Mover — Prevents idle detection by dispatching synthetic mouse events
• Freshdesk Ticket Monitor — Monitors Freshdesk tickets and sends desktop notifications

Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Our extensions operate entirely locally on your device. Specifically:

• No personal information is collected (name, email, browsing history, etc.)
• No analytics or tracking of any kind
• No cookies are set by our extensions
• No data is sold to third parties
• No browsing activity is monitored or recorded

Local Storage

Our extensions use Chrome's chrome.storage.local API to store your preferences on your device only. This includes:

• Extension enabled/disabled state
• User-configured settings (intervals, durations)
• Pro license key (if activated)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

License Key Validation

If you purchase a Pro license for Mouse Mover, the extension communicates with the Lemon Squeezy License API to activate and validate your license key. The only data transmitted is:

• Your license key string
• An instance identifier for the activation

No personal data, browsing data, or any other information is sent during this process. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy governs the data they collect during the purchase process.

Freshdesk Ticket Monitor

The Freshdesk Ticket Monitor extension connects to your configured Freshdesk domain using credentials you provide (API key). This communication occurs directly between your browser and your Freshdesk account. We do not have access to your Freshdesk credentials, ticket data, or any information from your Freshdesk account.

Permissions

Our extensions request only the minimum permissions needed to function:

• storage — To save your preferences locally
• alarms — To manage auto-stop timers and license re-validation
• host_permissions (api.lemonsqueezy.com) — To validate Pro license keys
• content_scripts (all_urls) — To dispatch mouse movement events on web pages

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service our extensions communicate with is:

• Lemon Squeezy License API (api.lemonsqueezy.com) — For Pro license activation and validation only. Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy

Website

Our website (kanziexe.com) is a static site. We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts.

Children's Privacy

Our extensions and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
